Thank you for your interest in assisting public health by joining MRC GEM. Anyone at least 18 years of age is welcome to join. (Anyone under 18 and at least a high school junior is welcome to attend meetings along with an adult guardian who is a member.) Please complete the following, then click "Submit". If you do not hold a valid current Georgia healthcare provider license, you must click the link in that email to download a background check form; follow the instructions on that form.
